We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our team carefully inspects all items before packaging and posting them to you. * extended returns period over the festive season - any purchases made from 26th November until 24th December 2022 may be returned until 31st January 2023. Simply bring your item into the store within 28 days of purchase*, together with your proof of purchase (preferably the delivery note) to enable us to process the return while you are in store. You are also welcome to return items in person to any of our stores. Please note that some banks take up to 7 days for refunds to show in your account. We aim to process your refund within two working days of receipt and will notify you by email when this has been done. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and that you consider insuring your parcel as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us. The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility. Any items returned to us in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. This means unworn (not soiled, smelly, laundered or damaged), labels intact, packaging unmarked and intact. To keep things hassle free, we are happy to accept returns as long as you send them back to us within 28 days of purchase* and our only expectation of you is that anything you send back is returned in PERFECT saleable condition.
